Our Motto

motto

"And let there be among you a body of men who should invite to goodness, and enjoin equity and forbid evil.
And it is they who shall prosper"
Surah Al-Imran: 104

Our Story

We are still remembered by our alumni as Assyakirin Madrasah, but to the new batches since 2007, we are known as Assyakirin aLIVE Centre. Whatever it is, current or alumni, we very much want you to be part of us, still..

Alhamdulillah, Assyakirin aLIVE Centre has achieved The aLIVE Centre of Excellence (ACE) in 2009. A big thank you to our dedicated parents and students for their kind feedbacks and support throughout the years. This motivate us to work harder in serving the best for our community and expanding the aLIVE programs to all.

The aLIVE Unit runs religious classes and aLIVE programmes for children aged 5 to 20 years. A wide range of subjects is taught such as Sirah (Islamic History), Fiqh (Islamic Theology), Tauhid (Faith), and Akhlak (Personal Character and Conduct) etc. It also includes aSL (aLIVE Solat Learning) and aQL (aLIVE Quranic Literacy).

The aLIVE programmes adopt a thematic approach to learning. Different themes appropriate for the different levels have been developed so that lessons can be delivered effectively.

The subjects on Aqidah and Fiqh are presented as Faith & Practices, Akhlak as Character & Life Skills, Sirah and Tarikh as Social & Civilisational Islamic, and Iqra and Quranic Reading as Quranic Literacy.

The four areas are given different emphasis depending on the programme, the module and the topic. For example, more emphasis is placed on Quranic Literacy in the Kids and Tweens aLIVE programmes.
